Our team has been hard at work, making enhancements to our partner portal! If you missed our previous updates, here’s a list of  the latest improvements we’ve done, including new security features, tools to streamline your work , new API capabilities and a lot more!

Free FTTP upgrade with new API from nbn®

Hosted Network Partner Portal - Free FTTP upgrade with new API from nbn®

Our Service Qualification tool will now tell you if a site is eligible for a Free Fibre to the Premise Upgrade.

Additionally, we’ll now send you a regular report to let you know of new sites as they become eligible, as well as highlight any existing sites that are eligible.  

Free upgrades are only available for high-speed plans and aren’t available in the business bundles, but eSLA’s can still be purchased as an addon.

nbn® maintenance and outage notifications

Stay informed and proactive with near real-time updates and automated responses for service outages from nbn®. Whenever nbn® releases information regarding “Upcoming Maintenance” or an “Outage Notification,” our system promptly processes the data and alerts partners about the specific services impacted. This streamlined approach ensures partners stay well-informed and can take appropriate action in a timely manner.

  • DID ordering – Be able to select the DID that you want and order it straight away
  • SQ draft order – Have the ability to adjust draft orders
