1. Telstra 4G/5G (Data Banked) – A Simpler Way to Manage Data

For MSPs who want simplicity, the new Telstra 4G/5G (Data Banked) service offers a clean, no-frills approach. It’s perfect for setups where you want to assign a single data plan to each SIM individually while allowing for larger limits on that service. 

It’s an easy way to:

• Avoid usage surprises by allocating fixed plans per SIM
• Keep each site or customer’s data usage separated
• Deploy quickly using Hosted Network’s wholesale SIMs on the Telstra mobile network

2. New Router Option: Teltonika for Rugged Connectivity

We’re now offering Teltonika routers, a rugged, reliable option that’s ideal for 4G/5G installations and failover use cases. These are the same devices we’ve been recommending for years, and they’re now available to order outright or on lease through Hosted Network.

What makes Teltonika a great choice?

• They’re ruggedised and built to handle tough conditions
• Perfect for areas with weak mobile signal. (Install the router where the signal is stronger, then run a network cable back to the customer’s main router)
• A great way to deliver failover protection or standalone 4G/5G services

3. Telstra 4G & 5G is now Telstra 4G/5G (Data Pooled)

New name, same great flexibility.

Our popular mobile data pooling service has been renamed to Telstra 4G/5G (Data Pooled) to better reflect what it does. This wholesale service lets you:

• Assign SIMs to a shared data pool (Up to 300 SIMs)
• Mix 4G and 5G plans based on customer needs
• Add 10GB top-ups automatically if you exceed your data cap

It’s perfect for backup connections, mobile services, IoT deployments, or anything else that doesn’t fit neatly into a fixed usage profile. You can manage the entire service from the Partner Portal—monitor usage, set alerts, and make changes on the fly.

Whether you’re supporting a fleet of mobile workers or ensuring connectivity at remote sites, the Data Pooled gives you room to scale without the complexity.
