Big changes are happening to the Microsoft partner channel.

Starting January 2022, the New Commerce Experience (NCE), the latest evolution of Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), is coming to all Microsoft per-user subscriptions. Additionally, all current Azure licenses within CSP, now called Legacy Azure will be replaced with New Azure Plan and will solely be available through NCE.

What is NCE?

Microsoft launched NCE for Microsoft Azure in 2019 and later expanded it for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Windows 365 and Power Platform.

NCE was created to provide resellers enhanced tools in streamlining subscription management.

What does this mean for your MSP?

With the enhanced licensing model, revenue predictability and security plus more term options brought by NCE, your MSP can now prepare for future growth. Ensure that your team is well-informed about the new changes so you can strategise accordingly on how you can start conversations about these huge changes.
