We’ve completely overhauled our Alerts Centre to give you greater visibility and granular control over the alerts you receive. Say goodbye to one-size-fits-all notifications, and hello to a tailored experience that lets you stay focused on what matters most to your business.

What’s New?

Previously, incident alerts were all bundled together, making it difficult to prioritise and act efficiently. Now, with our revamped Alerts Centre, you can customise exactly what types of alerts you’d like to receive:

• WAN Alerts – for individual services where WAN monitoring is enabled
• Hosted Network Incidents – incidents affecting our core infrastructure
• Hosted Network Maintenance – planned maintenance events across our network
• nbn™ Incidents – service-impacting issues within the nbn™ network
• nbn™ Maintenance – scheduled works by nbn™ that may affect services
• nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet UNI Alerts – interface-level alerts for nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet NTD
• nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet Power Alarms – triggered when power is lost to the NTD

These options empower your team to fine-tune their alert preferences based on operational relevance, urgency, and customer impact.

Alerts Are Now Global

Another important change: alerts are now global, no longer tied to the specific user or contact who is logged in. This means your alert preferences apply across your entire partner account, ensuring a consistent experience for your whole team and reducing the risk of missing important updates.
