VoIP rebilling launching in May!

We're thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the Hosted Network rebilling system for our VoIP platform in the next couple of months!

The development of the system has kicked-off after growing interest from Partners in our Wholesale VoIP and  VoIP Bundle services. The quick sales cycle of VoIP bundles in particular, saw these easy wins become a predicament as the invoice management of multiple customers increased, resulting in extended administration time.

The VoIP rebilling system will be integrated within the Hosted Network Partner Portal where Partners can already manage their orders, support tickets, perform Service Qualifications for connectivity and access white label sales and marketing material.

The system has been designed to significantly reduce Partner administration time involved in billing their end customers and add an extra level of professionalism to their VoIP offering.

The VoIP rebilling functionality will allow partners to:

  1. Add your customers and link them to both Wholesale VoIP and VoIP bundle customers that exist within our VoIP Platform

  2. Automatically send your customers with a branded invoice with their complete call usage and CDR breakdown

  3. Set your billing terms and bank details for payment
